Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Carriers and delivery

We ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Tracking is provided on every order.

Signature and insurance

Orders over $150 ship with signature confirmation and insurance. Orders over $500 require adult signature.

Packaging

All product ships in rigid corrugated boxes, never padded envelopes. Sealed product is bagged and marked with a tamper-evident seal applied to the outer bag only. Graded slabs ship inside Ding Defenders within a rigid outer box. Full detail on our Shipping & Authentication page.

Lost or damaged shipments

Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, packing materials, and the item as received. For lost packages, we will file a carrier claim on your behalf once the carrier's investigation window has passed.
